I don't know if it's fake. It may be that the owner is simply that clueless. I've seen it in the past. Inherit the car from an estate and just want's it gone.

Found it odd? The guy is a decade off on the car itself! I'm surprised he at least got the state correct. Offer to sign his pot legalization petition and he might give you the car.
