Yes, I know, 'what are you thinking posting a bloody Toyota on here?', just an oddity clearly influenced by early Chrysler styling. Had never heard or seen one of these until today, I'm not sure who was copying who, but this looks a bit like the PT Cruiser with an Airflow-inspired front end: 1996 Toyota Classic

Seller's description

Alright if you want something insanely rare to drive around in, this is it. 1996 Toyota Classic, yes that’s the model. Built in 1996 to commemorate the 60th anniversary of Toyota as a car company there were only 100 ever produced, making this one of the most rare Toyotas ever built. Looks like a classic car but with the reliability of a 90s Toyota. Starts/ runs/ drives perfectly with ice cold A/C. Fun car to cruise in and bring to car shows. Very clean underneath with no rust. Drives great, a hot rod without the hotrod headaches!23,000obo

The first Toyota AA (actually a replica). You can't help but notice how much it borrows from the Chrysler Airflow.
