Silver was not available on b-&e-bodys officially in 1970 model year so it would have been a special order paint ("999") on the fender tag

thanks for the tag.
It shows the mentioned "999" paint code as it wasn't a regular colour on B&E-Bodys for the 1970 modelyear

Lists like this are a nice guideline but far from definitive. I have numerous examples that contradict the list.
K00*** VONS associated with 999 paint are common.
There are other factors that go into assigning the specialty VONs.

What is the reason for the plywood on the floor? Seasonal protection against water wicking up in concrete floor?

I also park my cars on plywood to add a barrier against water wicking, as well as running a dehumidifier in the shop and a pair of those EvaDry renewable silica units hanging in the car.

I love the picture with the 69 grand prix in sliver behind your A4 car. Really shows the difference between the two. Silver on 69 gP's is my favorite next to black.
Your car just looks stunning. And on the grass it really brings out that green tinge. As well as really brings out the silverness of the pontiac color. Cool picture!!
