Thank you.:tiphat:

You guys don't know WTF I'm talking about, do you?
Tis a tragic day now that I must knock on the door of Tech Support over at Moparts... :poke:

I believe its a dash 5. I was looking for one, and their tech said they can get something,, so I walked in an old school auto parts place and just found the proper brass one in the bins. it was 2 bucks.

-4 4/16 -5 5/16 -6 6/16
Thank you Rem. I understand you, others might not.

-AN4 = 4/16ths = 1/4"
-AN5 = 5/16ths = 5/16"
-AN6 = 6/16ths = 3/8"

-ANx = 37° Flare fitting which is correct for the factory transmission lines as opposed to the 45° Flare that you find at AutoZone, Home Depot, etc.

So, the next time Pablo asks, Can I help you....

And if the line is flared to 45° instead of 37°, I'll simply crank down on the nut until it flares into 37°. LOL!
Thanks Rem...

Convert it to male flare on the lines the stock setup is crap can't get a line wrench on the fitting at the radiator or trans, fitting turns in radiator or trans twisting line, and a open end wrench is useless on brass. Unless doing a 100 point resto I see no reason to stay with the oddball factory setup. IMHO.

I agree, Dave, but all I want to do is a 5 minute swap on one fitting that won't stop leaking. The rest ain't broke so...

C'mon, Dave. You know me. If it was the NYB, It would be new custom bent SS lines and AeroQuip fittings complete with little NOS oil pan clips from Mitchells
