Adjustable voltage regulator

Hi!
I got a NOS adjustable Voltage regulator from NationalMoparts, it works great but i am wondering what voltage should it be at after battery is charged this still shows around 14. Is this too much, i thought the voltage should be a little lower

Ok so adjust it lower, wherever you want it.

yes car running

The battery should be around 13.6 - 13.8 with the car off after a 20 minute drive without lights on. I don’t feel that 14.0 volts is an issue with the car running.
