Can or should the outside cat whickers be installed prior to window installation or after? (68' 300 Convertible)

I think it will be easier with the windows out.
Yes but if you remove the door panel and the window down you can usually push the window over enough to get them in but it is way easier with the windows out.
I am having trouble with resistance with new run channel in the vent window assembly however reading more Mopar posts, it appears common and with new channels installed and takes some lubricant and up and down movement. I just didn't want to add to the resistance issue without knowing when to put the whiskers in. I will place the whiskers in, lube the tracks and work it up/down. Hopefully all settles in. Thanks to both.
