Your right BUT I am a firm believer that the more someone is willing to pay for shipping the more they will charge to make up for their DEAL. For $2.69 I could send 100 of them to California. I bought two of them....

No sales tax at a swap meet either, I bought $2,500 worth of AMD E-body sheet metal at a swap meet a year and change ago and didn't have to pay a dime in sales tax.

No law was broken but it may have changed since then. I know I heard somewhere that the state was going to start getting there hands in on these organized swap meets that bring in retailers.

I had to apply for a Pa tax license to renew my vendor spaces this year. First time in over 10 years it was required to renew.
Word is the tax man will be showing a heavy presence this summer.
