Many 9mm pistols. Usually a spacer is placed at the bottom of the 15rnd mag to only allow 10 rnds.

Why?
I sure don't have a spacer inside the magazine, there is one on the outside, to keep it somewhat the same size as the grip. 10 rounds goes quickly and it gets old fast with two 10 round clips.

some areas and countries have "high cap magazin" laws. the magneeds to be restricted to 10...sometimes even 5 rounds

New York State has their "Safe" law that limits magazine size and then limits how many rounds (7) you can carry in that mag.
As we all know, criminals always obey the laws, so they will only put 7 rounds in their 10 round mags and have properly disposed of their 15 round magazines per the law.
We even used to have a law where every handgun had to have been fired and the casing shipped off to Albany and stored. That lasted 12 years before they figured out that no crimes were ever solved using the database.

the thing with the casing only works if the gun is registered with the owner. Then its trackable where the gun came from. I dont understand this magazine cap thing...and how they mess with you psychologically "keep americans safe act" what a joke.
A while back the big H.S. thing in Fla. was to drop a guy with one punch. So punks would cruise Desoto Sq. Mall looking for retirees to hit. That kinda died out when they tried the wrong old guy. Dad’s condo neighbor, a tough old scottsman, just blinked when hit then decked the punk.
Good for him.
They called it "polar bear hunting" or "knockout" around here. They killed a guy doing it. He didn't go down from the first punch, so they went back and hit him again.

Another lost kid.
After the incident with the neighbor the old guys started cruising the mall in groups. Eventually the punks moved on or looked for trouble elsewhere.

Manatee County was in my neck of the woods (Ellenton) so to say when I was in my 20's... Long haired in a 'Sunshine Town'... didn't need to be told to not bother the grey haired, as word on the street was if long haired maggots bother anyone (panhandling) they'd be stomped into a bloody puddle and dragged down to the river for Gator feed by the 'Good Ole Boys'. Oh how times have changed!
