In 1970 the total length is 213 vs 224", 300 bigger, of course. The 300 has a WB that is 2-3" bigger than the Polara, which is 121-122", i think.

No, the 1969-70 Polara/Monaco had total length of 220.8" and 122" wheel base. The 300 has a 124" wheel base. Both were approx 79" wide.
