It was worth the $2,700 last January, that owner told me that there was an easy $2,500 in engine and trans and it has a sure grip. I think he said it was solid but both the original color and the repaint are rather unfortunate. If you're looking for a keeper I think it'd be we'll bought under 4K.

I agree, the undercarriage and engine bay are super clean and I don't see any rust.......this would be an excellent buy.

Some loud ones lately..........residents 20 miles away were complaining about the noise and windows rattling.

Yeah, you guys don't make only friends. I remember back in the day, when deep flight training from Ramstein airbase pilots was pretty disturbing in our area. Don't really miss it since they stopped these flights about 15 years ago. :)

At $2700 it was a good buy. At $6000 not a good deal. No matter how many people tell you they love your wagon and want one when you go to sell nobody wants to pay anything for it.

We have a Bombing Range here.
95% of the natives settled here because of a huge WW II base that was here.
Well, a few years ago, some transplant wrote to the newspaper and complained about the bombing range noise.
The entire County damn near lynched her.
In this County you do NOT say anything negative about the Military in any way, manner, or form.

I think at $2700 this car was a good buy, maybe even a little more as stated above. These huge cars somehow maintained a fluid and even sporty look. Undercarriage is really nice,as is the engine.I honestly can not count the number of different shades of green between the paint an interior!

I think it was originally a medium green metallic w/the green interior and it got really effed up with whatever you'd call that piney looking repaint.
