Body and interior are very well detailed, and in great shape....engine bay sure could use some detailing if he wants top dollar....even then I have to agree with the others $7-$8K tops. What is up with the smog/air pump where the alternator should be? Or is that some kind of weird aftermarket alternator?? Also seems to have hand control for the brakes.

Leece-Neville 100 Amp alternator. Optional alternator... You usually see them on cop cars of the same vintage.

The brake thing is a anti theft piece.
