I agree...it's a separate cap that was "made" to fit on there. It probably clipped on with those many spring teeth to an original style rim, or hubcap. But I can't say I've ever seen that plymouth center cap before.

Yup, it's a Frankendome...a 75-81 dome with a different cap snapped on. There's been may variations out there (spinner caps etc) this is just another variation.

Not "factory".

45 was it for me, always had better than 20/20, now my arms aren't long enough.
