Very nice man! I've been playing since 13,..now 53 and been in rocks bands all my life. I have a few guitars..LOL. My main guitar is a American Strat that is loaded with Kinman and Seymour Duncan pickups. Can't put it down. Owned it for over 15 years now or so. Like to hear ya play that 8 string. Here is one of my tunes if you want to take a listen. I'm using my Strat and my Ibanez 7 String. This is the kind of music I write. I also have a full recording studio in my house. Love this kind of stuff and like I said, been doing it for years. Good luck with the new guitar. It looks beautiful.

I have been wanting to learn for years now. I bought a vintage Epi 5 years ago, a few learn how to play books and DVDs and still can't play. I'm not disciplined and just need to take some classes.

Great stuff right there! My whole family is musically inclined.. I even have a nephew that graduated from Berklee... The only thing I can play is the radio! LOL but none of them can turn a wrench... I guess we all have a calling..
