Looking for feedback on anyone who has bought a car from San Diego Classic & Muscle Cars.
I bought a C body from them recently that was totally misrepresented & I'm waiting to see
what they are prepared to do about it. Do they stand behind their cars?

He already bought the car. I don't know why they are still in business. Probably a lot of fine print in the sales contract to null any refunds, service, condition............

Sounds like the same BS I'm dealing with now. Hopefully I can save others this grief & I'm not going away.

Probably worth their price if it's for a HEMI.

San Diego Classic & Muscle Cars - BEWARE.

Just contacted San Diego Classic & Muscle Cars to resolve my claim through the BBB on the Sport Fury
they totally misrepresented to me & was more or less told to "have a nice day" to put it nicely.
Joe Petralia & Jay Weinberg, the owner, are in breach of contract as they didn't deliver what they represented
but they don't give a damn. I asked them to unwind the sale, return my money & resell it accurately but they
just don't care & don't back what they sell or say.
I need to take further measures here, contact the California Attorney General for one, & I'm open to suggestions
or legal assistance to get justice here. I'm prepared to spend money to stop these hustlers from getting away
with these faudulent sales that leave good faith buyers screwed.

Over many years, I have read posts from a lot of people who bought misrepresented vehicles and blogged their saga on trying to seek restitution. They all won their legal battles. They are all still waiting for their money.
I truly wish you all the best and hope you have better results.

Personally.... I would never buy from a dealer unless the vehicle was so rare to be not avaliable from a private seller somewhere. Even then with due caution.

I don't know about CA law but the attorney general is usually very powerful, IF, they believe that the business has violated a consumer sales practice law.

Thank you & I'm confident I will get the proper results. The Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) has teeth in CA. when
it comes to issues like this one & I will contact them. Then onto The DMV that issues licenses to dealers. I understand they
take complaints seriously about used cars dealers that screw over buyers & then tell them to get lost.

I trust car salesmen (old cars or new) about as far as I can throw a house. Lowest of the low, some of the tricks they pull on the unsuspecting.......nonetheless caveat emptor is always a good way to go into these sort of things, if one must.

Personaly, I have this fantasy where I'm very rich so that I can intentionally trip a red light camera and then take it all the way to the Supreme Court.

For the scumbag classic car dealer, I would simply have some acquaintences have a "little chat" with him....
