Im bored with winter and Im gonna build a model. The closest I can find to my Fury is a 70 Roadrunner. Ive painted all the parts except the body. Just wondering if others have any pics of any models they might have. Of course Im in the market for a 69 Fury III model if anyone has one.

GOOD LUCK !!!!! the only ones I know of are a series of 1969 4 door fury police cruisers ............

I never heard of a 1972 Polara model, not even a promo.

You are right. It seems that C bodies have to be made popular by movies before anyone puts out replicas.

A few C's in plastic kits. '59, '61 or '64 Imperial kits by AMT or SMP. '57 Chrysler 300C by AMT. There's a Roscoe Coltrane Police version of a Monaco circa 1977 by MPC ( is this a 'C' body?). '63 Fury by Jo-Han. These are all plastic kits. HTH.

I have a 65 Monaco kit, maybe someday I'll get around to putting it together. Just did a scan for a pic of one and came up with a model I've never seen, pretty pricey, though - like $495.00.

I have a couple of resin 65 Fury converts and a previously built (not by me) Johan 65 Sport Fury Convertible. Plan is to build one as the car is now (440 tunnel ram) and one with the 'big motor'.

None of those are "C" body cars. The Roscoe Monaco is a "B"-body.

I have three "C" body models. All four are '59 Imperial. Three converts and one Coupe. All have four screws attaching the bottom to the top half. One has a metal underside and all are friction models. To the best of my knowledge that means all are Dealer Promotional Models.
