Anyone know where this garage is located?

I saw another picture of this garage, I am pretty certain here in this forum. There is a big dodge neon light on the back wall. I was curious if anyone had more or better pictures of it, or even know where it is located?

For me personally this would be my ultimate garage: Bar, timber frame, large windows, and brick interior walls. I don't know if this garage has it but the other side would have all the mechanical goodies. I might as well throw in a full kitchen, bath and bedroom, then I would never have to leave.
