NAASE, (National association of Automobile Service Excellence), buckle is interesting. That was the original fore runner of the SAE program. I still have a couple of my old jackets with the NAASE patch's on them.

I got that back in the late ' 70s early '80s.
Don't recall if it was part of my ASE master tech award or if I had to buy it. Probably purchased.
