At the last meet of the year and what shows up!!

Yes... 1970 seen a few fury's ... Didn't Chris part a polara with a k5 interior?... Someone did...

I remember when I was 13 or 14, getting the 1970 Fury catalog from the dealer and seeing a pic of a burnt orange vinyl interior shown - 2-tone with black or a darker vinyl. This one:

I was in love with that interior!!

I've seen numerous A, B & E body examples, I wonder why they only offered it for a year.

I was just leaving our last meet at Stewarts and a cool 66 Newport pulls in. So I backed up, parked my car and snapped a few pictures of it. Cool car and very clean. I love the front grill on this car. Had to put my car up too :)

That 66 looks familiar, wasn't it owned by a member here?

I'm not sure of that and if so, I would like to know who owned it prior to the PO I bought it from here in Jersey. No idea how to find out. I asked the guy I bought it from and he said he doesn't remember. I'd like to know how to find out.

.

the rear shackle mounts are flipped and I'm running 275/15 Nittos on the rear on the 8" steelies.

Any mods to fit them in there? I have 275/60/14's and have a slight rub on passenger side, but I haven't inspected anything. Looking for 15" rims since I can't find 14" tires.

No mods. The rims are 80s Ram Charger and are pretty rare and hard to find. They are 15x8 with a 4" backspace. Front wheels are 15X7 3.75 Backspace with 225/60/15's.
