To each his own.....if you want chrome valve covers put 'em on...if you want OEM correct go for it.....individualism and making yourself happy is what this HOBBY is about. My 66 is what I want, I have retained all the stock parts down to the last bolt...the next caretaker can choose what he or she wants from the car. Again to each their own.

When was in my teens I always wanted a car with ram induction. Bought a set at a swap meet in the early 70's for $50
Now I'm retired and re-living my youth I guess......and having fun!
Before and now working on my project.....
