The banners are from "AdChoices" and they're related just to your own searches and interests. That's the idea behind this. I only get german ads...

It uses your "browser-cookies" for that. If you have deactivated browser-cookies or no cookies that "AdChoices" can use, it shows "payed Advertisement".
