I took a class offered by the Illinois State police that forced you to slalom, emergency brake and make emergency 3 point turns...things the police may need to do in a chase or emergency situation. The long and short of the story is you had 2 passes at the course, with your seat belt on and with it off. Needless to say that you can't stay in control of the car without your seatbelt on.
