Smooth & easily yes. I better double check on the quietness

It's a hard one to find, and the original has a sealed or welded cap over top of it. They're being repopped now but they're also pretty proud of 'em. Had to buy one as part of the recovery from my fan clutch explosion last summer - was one of the "not quite right" things I fixed once I got everything peeled down, all of the spares I had were noisy so I bought a new one hoping it lasts longer.
