The jack stores in the trunk on the passenger side behind the wheel tub.
There's two notches it rests in - one behind the tail light and one at the wheel tub.
The jack is held in place with a special spring that hooks to the lifting mechanism and a loop on the wheel tub. Then you click the mechanism along until it tensions the spring and holds the whole thing from bouncing out.
The tire iron is captured under the spare tire, which is held in place by a special bolt and wing nut and the jack base.
The jack hook is stored in a number of places - on my 66 Monaco it bolts with a special wing bolt to the passenger side tail light brace. According to the image though, it's held in place by the jack bar at the wheel tub
