C Body front sheet metal

Hi everyone.

Just sort of thinking out loud, do the hood and fenders etc. from one 70ish C Body fit between models? Example, if you had a New Yorker and wanted to put an Imperial front end on it, would it bolt right up?

you would have to swap the front subframe as well. the imp has a longer wheelbase

All of the Imperial's longer wheelbase is in the area in front of the cowl, not in the cabin area.
