Here’s my 1976 NY’er with factory wheels BUT the wheels are from a 1978 Cordoba
Sort of mix and match

Have to add I like raised white letter tires even on more modern cars especially if they are sporty
Saw a Mercedes SLK recently with RWL tires and it made the car really stand out
