Is this correct how I entered? Directions are vague

I really hate the tool for 67 & 68 but I did my best. A lot of it is adjusting what you entered after you click Decode. If the notice the 21 which is under RS on your fender tag is under LM. When I first entered it, it came back on the decode as S2 and T1 so I moved those two back once space so the debug recognized R2 S1. It's a tedious process at best. I don't think I have the Axle, Trim, Paint line matched up correctly but at this point, most of that info can be filled in.
