Can probably figure out if he sold the car with the fender tag and what engine was in it if you can talk to him. If the seller has nothing to hide I don't know why he wouldn't give up the phone number.

yeah, i wonder if hte 383 is #'s matching? it may very well be that this vin is just a misprint, but notice that the broadcast sheet is also misprinted, in that case. If the #'s match, then it's the right engine, we all know those mistakes have occurred before.

I agree, too many things not adding up for that amount of money.

The seller has good references from other c body guy , because of that I believe the stories that go with the car. Regardless of it being touched up if I were in the market I'd be all over it.....

Everything that I've seen in the pictures can be corrected. However, I would still have the see the car with my own eyeballs before considering to buy that car. That's just the way I buy cars.

Yes, you guys did.........but apparently nobody paid attention to the price plus shipping and my wallet. It's simple math, and it didn't add up (pun intended).
There have been a few like that, this is not the only one.
