It’s just a shell game in Michigan. Everyone wants better roads so they pay the higher tax but the money always seem to disappear.

Toll Roads and bridges have these extortion rates in place for roads and bridges. Why do I pay a gas tax on these roads if I'm paying my way via toll ?
