I have not yet seen a thread for Carlisle 2025, so perhaps this can be it. Thanks to @SportFury70 for his reminder to sign up for Carlisle now, as today is the last day to get the 20% discount for a show field pass.

I will be bringing Ming, my 1973 NYB for the second time this year. The plan is to pick up Ming in Toronto, to caravan to Carlisle together with @Boydsdodge and Tux, his 1973 Imperial, and to arrive in Carlisle on July 10. Perhaps other members can join the caravan (@cbarge @MoPar~Man @Newport73 @Imperial One @'69FuryIIIConvertible @Beep Beep Dave @Big John)! Hopefully we'll be able to stop by @Fratzog's on the way to Buffalo and onto Carlisle.

Here's Ming at Carlisle last year, parked next to Buttercup, my 1972 NYB 2dr.

I look forward to meeting you. I will be bringing the same car as last year, a blue '68 Plymouth Fury II 4 door sedan. I will be arriving sometime on Wednesday, July 9th.

What's the route?

We usually go straight down Rt 81 from Syracuse, but last year, we went a different route because we had some business in PA that took us southwest rather than straight south then west.

Also, where is everyone staying? We haven't made reservations or registered yet.

How about something like this, if you'd like to meet in Corning near Elmira (possibly for a late lunch)?

PS: I'll be staying in an AirB&B in downtown Carlisle this year. I found that option quite convenient, to leave the car on the field and walk to/from the house.

I have vendor spot N5 as I recall.
I do use it for parking with a vehicle there. Glad to help with parts transfers of any way I can.
I've met some great people here just helping transfer parts from one person to the next.

Probably arrive Thursday morning for the Thursday swap deals.
Usually I stay in an airbnb close to the field.

That could work. It's about the same distance and the drive to Elmira is a lot more scenic.

My desire is to be there Thursday about 4pm. Whether that will happen or not is going to be determined by when my two older kids get home from another trip. We will be camping again. There are some changes in the wind for the Carlisle sponsored camping so I'm not sure where it will be, but close.

I’m going to the Cass Scenic Railroad first and hoping to be in Carlisle with the 72 Imperial 10th-11th and until lunchtime on the 12th then heading to Portland, Maine.

I'll be there. I'll likely be going to arrive on the Wednesday because of WPC Club activities. @Mike66Chryslers and I are caravanning together from Southern Ontario.
Cool! That is the day before when @Boydsdodge and I are planning to head south from Toronto. If your plans change and you want to meet up somewhere along the way on the 10th, I am all ears. No need to decide now, we've got 7 months!

Cass Scenic Railroad is a great trip. Mountain climbing by steam locomotive, the drive from there to Carlisle should be pretty scenic, also.

THANKS for posting this - just got my registration in, with barely 2 hrs. to spare on the discount!

I "plan" on getting on the road by 9-10 am on Thursday the 10th. I will be leaving from just south of Indy with my 1977 Chrysler Town & Country and my 1985 Dodge Omni GLH Turbo. My friend Brian will be traveling with me as well. He is bringing his 1970 sublime green super bee 6 pack car. Hopefully rolling into town around 6:30-7:00 PM Thursday night. We are staying at the TownePlace Suites in Harrisburg Wes/Mechanicsburg as the newer Homewood Suites across the street was sold out already.

Btw, if any of you traveling from Indy that are driving your cars run into problems along the way that can't be easily fixed, I would be willing to unload one of my cars and help you make the journey. You will get stuck driving the omni as I will have it on the rear spot for weight distribution. PM me and I can share my cell #

Alright, I've just registered / paid. I guess I'll be driving on the Friday, to get there Friday early evening-ish, probably too late to do anything on the field. What exactly happens on the Friday anyways? Should I try to attend on the Friday? Otherwise I'll be there on the Saturday and Sunday, and I'll need a place to stay so I'm open to suggestions. I'll be crossing over at Buffalo looks like, I would guess roughly 11 am on the Friday.

I've put down FBBO as club affiliation for what that's worth.
