Chrysler 383 Pushrods

Getting a comp cam kit k21-223-4 I have been searching for what type of pushrods to use does anyone know if the pushrods are ball to ball ball to cup and what length are they. Jegs has a number of different of sets. I am using the stock rocker arms and it is a hydraulic kit. Also I would like to take the heads off. The car doesnt run bad or rough but I would like to do the head gaskets is it necessary to take the heads to a machine shop.

I was looking at the comp cams pushrods on jegs they have stock length ones that measure 8.575", but I wanted the Mopar P4529557 pushrods, it says 8.57", is there a difference?

The comps are 5 thousants longer has no effect the lifter will suck this up.

Probably go with mopar don't know how good the comp cams pushrods will be they are only $38 on jegs.

I think either is fine I'm not a fan of thier hydraulic cams but thats just me I personally just stick with mopar performance, yes you can make a couple extra hp with something else but m.p. works
