Probably came from Lakeland Classic Cars, Florida....LOL!

maybe some sort of spec order

what is really wrong is that all those weeds have overtaken the car! Get in there and get a tag pic.......maybe we have a Q code car here. Are you sure the seat fabric is orig?

That is odd, wouldn't those tags had to have been printed before they were placed?

I've never seen a blank decal before, the door looks original and so does the drivers seat.

I have seen alot of these in the Midwest. Even my 1994 Buick Lesabre is slowly fading away. I suspect it has to do with the choice of ink and their durability.

What year car is that anyway? Looks like a nice 71-72 dashpad. But the steering wheel and even the cruise stalk are wrong...?

I've never seen a reapplication of a door sticker after the fact. I've never successfully removed one either. Like they did in the original "Gone In 60 Seconds".

I don't know exactly what to make of the blank sticker. The print is applied from the back before installation. You can't just wipe it off with thinner. But I have seen stranger. One of my cars has NO provision for a fender tag. That's right. No hole to even screw one into... Gota love the weird stuff Chrysler has put out over the years....

It's a 1973, I wish I had a better photo of the seat it's a 60/40 split. I got real close to the tag and there's no indication of any numbers or ink.

'72 pattern, correct? Could be a pre-build 73. Did it have a fender tag?

I once dismantled a pre-build Buick. There were paper engineering documents behind many panels predating it's actual build by up to two years, and it had a non-production wiring harness.
