Well, she was dumbfounded this morning when she opened the small box with the keys in it. She thought it was for a new car. When I told her, she was so excited she started to cry with happiness and broke out in her happy dance! I'll post some pics of the house next week. Have a great day everyone.

Thank you everyone. Today we start renovating the Master bedroom!! The house was built in 1888 and was renovated about 5 years ago down to the studs. New heating system and electrical was install at the time and the Attic was dormered. We are installing a new walk-in closet, ripping out the carpet and have the original wide plank pine floors redone, installing cedar planks around the Jetted tub along with tile flooring in the master bath. It's good to have a son that is a master carpenter!!

As promised, here are a few pictures of the house and the started renovation of the master bedroom. This room is on the third floor. Atic was converted to a bedroom with full bath and a jetted tub and was dormered.

Here's a pic of the garage. In the picture you see a concreate pad on the side and my plan is to extend the garage the entire pad area. The garage is 14x24 and the pad is about 22x18, but didn't measure it yet. This won't be until summer. Major man cave coming!!!

Have plans for my man cave that will extend into the Level floor of the house. Had planned to park one car in the living room, but that was even too much for my gf. At least for the Moment. ;)
