That's great the bidding went up,
still a bummer you had to sell,
Bittersweet deal.

To the popcorn gallery:
Seriously, don't sink his boat with lame questions.
Somebody here beat you to it.
Just need to figure out who's ebay alter-ego backup account is bigmopars.
Stan has the option of posting them or not.
No. It wasn't me. But I'm rounding up all the usual suspects.Maybe Stan's alter-ego posted it as a preemptive strike. View attachment 74694
Exactly. Was fishing for reserve then withdrew bid. Scumbag....Looks like a bid retraction/cancellation. Fishing for the reserve or unwanted bidder?
"That wasn't me. Must have been my kid"That sucks... i wondered what happened.
I'd block the SOB from ever bidding on my auctions again. You can also get their information (name, address, etc) from ebay to see if it's someone you've had problems with before."That wasn't me. Must have been my kid"
Already explained. The ad was changed just before a bid. eBay does not allow changes to the ad after bidding begins, so he did not have the ability to change the description. My only problem with the whole ad is the false advertising on one line...
"5. Auction is no reserve and will run to its conclusion. Do not make offers. "
3805.00, "reserve not met"
And he did add to the ad and explained why the situation arised. There is the ability to add to the ad, much like when a question is answered.
