Note the badge-engineered background in the pics of the previous two GM products.
 
Fitz and Kaufman sometimes used real places to inspire the backgrounds.

Both the Electra and the Eldo called their backgrounds the "Longchamps Clubhouse". I looked and couldn't find that exaact ocation .. but "Longchamps" was (is?) and upscale restaurant chain (about 10 locations) in NYC back then.

Buick in #250 used CBS Television Studios in Hollywoood CA as it back drop That canopy in the illustration is hiding the CBS "eye":
