If the car had the original drivetrain it would help. The detail looks not so good the closer you get. Really odd exhaust manifold?

can either buy crap and try to get it to this condition or start with something rust free..would try for 9 but wouldn't have a prob with 10 if it was something l wanted...it aint perfect but would make a heck of a start

It's a clean car and that's about it.
Oh, plus he's kind to his mother.
$4,500.00 tops if he installs the A/C, it blows ice cold, and the heater core doesn't leak.
