Coolant leak?

I noticed this yesterday after i got back home. A wet spot under the car where the lower rad hose is. Coolant was down a bit, I tightened the clamp, i guess i wait n see if it has helped. Fingers are crossed

Look on the bottom side of the hose to see if a trail of coolant is coming out of the water pump shaft area. Might scout a new lower hose, for good measure, too.

Thanks for the advice, water pump area was dry it was concentrated by the rad and crossmember under the hose

At least it sounds like the worst possible is a new hose

Coolant was down a bit

If there is no recovery bottle, it could be dumping excess coolant on the ground after shutdown. Cars of this era required a little air space between the coolant and the bottom of the filler neck.

If I recall correctly my FSM says 1".
