Hope everyone stays safe during this one here the mitten.Lost power about 4 hrs ago, no genny:( Just finished snow blowin 3 driveways and 300' of the street. 6-7"?so far. The trees are hating it lol.This is some of the heaviest snow I've seen in in a long time....Cozy by the fire for the night surfin this web.....

I can relate, we had our snowfall today ,now were getting heavy winds and freezing rain until tomorrow then rain to top it up. But we still have power. Damn I want to be down south

Last week it was 30 below zero, went out at 1:30 A M for a broken sprinkler in an old warehouse it hurt to breathe. Next day different group same temps. those poor guy's had three fires in one night, everybody and everything was covered in ice.
 
If I had a hundred twenty gazillion dollars I would move to the coziest log cabin in the world in Northern Maine.

Mayor just declared a state of emergency! Don't drink the water and no parking on city street....
 
Thanks Bob, I love it. The wife is the fire marshal around here tho. I just chop and split! She keeps it burning like a coal ship!
 
About 55 and rainy here....i think Old man winter finally kicked the Bucket. About God Dam time.
 
counting blessins...its been a perfect feb up here..not to cold...calling for 15 celcius (60) on Friday...think lm gona work on the 91 :D and hope march is a good one

Think we're running out of blessings! The trees have 5"+ of heavy wet snow ,temps are dropping and wind is picking up. One of the down falls of having a forest like lot I guess.
 
is good for me but bad for farmers...last spring was early and it was hot all year till dec...was a perfect work year for me and suspect this year will be the same with the temps and records weve been setting up here..seems everything is shifting east...belive this is a long term pattern and its just starting..will get dryer in the prairies and storms back east will get worse..just a feeling
