All,
I'm thinking it would be neat to compile all the custom or modified C bodies we can find in one super thread.

Most things you that you type in a search bar pertaining to C bodies will lead you back to this site as it is the largest database on the subject.

The exception would be custom cars. Most search results will not lead you here, even though there is a tremendous amount of modified cars on the page.

We all know how well liked the original cars as they came from the factory are on the page. But many people have customs. Many have both! Many rescue cars may at best be a likeness of original. However they are readily brought back as some sort of mild custom with what can be had at hand.

So whether it's a Kustom, hotrod, lowrider, race car, mutant, mild, wild, restomod, coach car, RV, day two or a rusty rat rod, if it is a car that would be discussed on the site and is modified, please post it here, give credit when possible and call out members by name if you recognize owners or previous owners.

If you want to be stodgy or call out buffoons for ruining classic C bodies. Please start a thread for that purpose. Infact I may have an idea for that.

Surprised nobody has posted anything yet. We've posted some dubs and other crazy CL/FB stuff on here.
This isn't really modified/customized to an extent you are lookign for, but perhaps it'll get things started.

Modified with a (66-67?) B-body rearend, springs moved inward via the old MP offset shackle/front eye bracket kit, and 15x8 Ramcharger wheels (4" backspace).
275/60-15 tires tuck nicely with zero rubbing on the skirts.
295/50 would not fit with the skirts, which suited me fine because the huge dia looked like Tonka wheels.
Aside from lots of measuring and drilling of some holes, it all dropped right in like it belonged there.

These wide tires make the car fit the old adage 'it's not fast, it's quick'.

Also has 4 bucket seats from a mid-80s Mazda 626, the headrests on the rear seats are hiding in the shadows (and are easily removable).
