That's the old Johan police car kit I believe. Really nice build. I have the truck setting around trying to decide what I want to do with it.

That is the 68 Fury Police car by Jo-Han, I purchased five of them when you could get them for around $30.00 bucks. I can't get over the price old model kits now. I believe the trailer has been re-released.
