This has to do with dividing assets and dept. You take a higher asset you take the higher debt to go with it.
Personally I’d feel the car is probably $1500-$2500 in today’s market.
I agree with above but my divorce they wanted to see it in print. Buy a Old Cars Price Guide. It also has the description of each condition. And lastly it's still open for interpretation and agreement by the others Lawyer. Good Luck and I will say a prayer for your situation.
