Finding real schnapps in Canada has been a challenge so I've tried my hand at making my own. The results of my first attempt have been some decent plum and dandelion but I will make some adjustments this year and hope for improvement. Last year in Austria I picked up some really nice Ziggaren Schnapps. For those who haven't tried the real stuff this article is a good primer.
