Hi Everyone,
Getting back to work on my 67 Fury III and along with doing the sheet metal repairs I am working on my engine build. I am taking a 400 over bored .040 and plan to use the 440 source stroker kit for a 512 cubic inch ground pounder. I have a set of ported Indy cylinder heads ready to go and plan to use a hydraulic roller cam from 440 Source as well. My question comes in the form of the induction system. My old school self wants to use a carburetor. My new school self wants to go multiport EFI using the MAXX ECU for control, as this is what I now use in all the Nitro bikes we build. The MAXX is an awesome unit and will do anything you can think of as far as managing your Mopar. I have been doing research on intake manifolds and my thoughts are to go with something like the performer or Edelbrock TM6 and just weld in the bungs for the injectors.
Do any of you guys have any info that you would like to share on this subject.
Thanks and Merry Christmas to everyone.
