Englishtown NJ show yesterday

I know its a police package car, with all the codes and the 2nd tag. I was under the impression that California WAS indeed the only department that received the white wheel...... I dont know if that carried to 75

Correct, I got ahead of myself on that one, caught it after I looked at my notes.

looking at the only exterior shot of this car that I took it shows a bit of the interior and the wheel is not white, it is brown to match the interior. A quick google image search shows that police cars of 75 got this wheel.

Did the CHP order cars for 75?

I'm pretty sure the cars were specially built for CHP in 75, things like relocating the spare which I know they did in 75. I'm not sure how recent CHP had special builds.

I know that in 69 Dodge put in special brackets for the siren even cut a large hole in the core support and relocated one of the horns. The white wheel, later cars in 69 had retractable shoulder belts installed at the factory along with the relocated spare.

Nice pics, Dave. You are right about the crowd, even though you said there was a good turn out this year, it appears to look waaay smaller than I remember. I need to post a few pics. Thanks for sharing!

It is a bunch smaller than what it used to be. Fifteen years ago double this size and go back 20 and it was almost like the nationals

No, both his rear windows were up, drove me nuts for the few hours he was there.

My top went down for the ride home. I took county roads instead of the toll road home.

I usually dont put my top down for a show so she can sit in the sun and bake the interior for six hours,

Nice photos. I almost went, but it was such a nice day I decided to sandblast and paint brake parts. I remember back in the 80's they had a two day show and swap meet, but I don't think it was all Mopar.

They still have their spring and fall shows and swaps. They also had an all Mopar show back then. This was the first year for a one day event

Yeah, it must have been the fall show I remember. We would stop at the Stewarts Root Beer on he way home.

I didn't start going until the early or mid nineties but IIRC is was 2 day event full nothing byr mopars....drags, swap meets, and show cars. At the very least I can't remember seeing any other manufactures represented there.....except in the parking lots, lol. It was absolutely awesome.
