I do know this much....Obamacare made my health insurance sky rocket beyond belief so that people like this can have coverage. I resent that, vehemently. I saw what was coming in 2008....and so here we are.

And yet there is nothing you can do, besides vote. My Brother recently got dropped from his wife's work plan. He had to do the open enrollment. What a frickin mess! He ended up having to pay his premium at get this - Walmart! Now he has an extra $250 bill, on top of his family plan that his wife pays. His deductible for himself (not including what his wife pays for her deductible) is about 6k a year, and $4500 for prescriptions. I can promise you he won't go to the doc now, unless it is a dire emergency. Basically he is now self insured. What a wonderful thing. Those that pay will pay more each year. I wish I could sugar coat it. Eventually we become a Greece, or worse. This country is so focused on what we can do for the 47% that don't or won't work, instead of encouraging business & growth. I'm told the original idea for welfare was to keep the poor from uprising, with the offshoot idea of helping someone get back onto their feet. Now it's a way of life. Well that's my rant for the moment. I'm off to go kill something & drag it home. People are counting on me....

Yup and that's why we now pay for contraception with the ACA and grandpa's boner pills. It's all optional behavior that people now associate as being victimized if you, I , we don't agree with and or pay for it.
Romney lost because he was no better than Obama and the majority of the base stayed home. If you're going to get Democrat-lite may as well have the real thing. You can't out Democrat the Democrats. The GOP has yet to realize this. It happens every time they do it, Dole, McCain, Romney, ChristieCream (if they're dumb enough to run him this go 'round).

Remember Archie Bunker & his battles with Meathead? Been a while since I've seen a rerun of that show, but wasn't Meathead pro communist? This crap is nothing new. Just they have more outlets now to be heard. And people who are willing to listen & feel sorry for them. I've always felt these people are shortchanging themselves. America is the land of opportunity, but only if you are smart enough to realize it.
