That's what the YouTuber thought, his business is buying only engine cores from salvage yards and stripping them and reselling the good parts.

BTW those pistons & rods were out of a 4.6 Mustang so go figure.

It's amazing the number of grenade'd engines these daze, between the 'Customer States' and this guys videos it's unbelievable.
But then you have a 'hood culture of intersection takeovers with endless burnouts, and I suspect the new synthetic oils really aren't up to snuff.

"Dunk the clunk" back in the day this was done every year. Place an old car on the ice next to a road/boat launch where everybody could see it. A local establishment would take bets on the date it fell through the ice and have prizes. One more thing you can't do anymore.
