Looking for help finding a complete exhaust for my 69 Chrysler 300 convertible . I figure someone has had to replace there's and can give me a lead on a vendor.
Thanks in advance.

TTI looks great, however, I was hoping to go original and put on an exhaust like it came with just a single tail pipe.

You could try Waldron's for a replacement system. I think they have single and dual exhaust systems in both stainless and "aluminized." I purchased their stainless dual system for my '66 300 Convertible, and it fits and sounds good.

I can't imagine not going for the dual system, but to each his own. . . Here is a link: Waldron Exhaust, Complete Custom Exhaust Systems

Are there no exhaust shops anymore?

Alan
There are none around here that would be able to do a system on an old car. If they can't pull it out of a box, they can't do it. Then there's the level of execution.

I was lucky enough to find an NOS "Y" pipe from a member here, and very fortunate to have three shops close by that do custom work. The shops are out there, you just have to hunt around. Try the actual Yellow pages (you know, the "book", not the internet).

Didn't go to a vendor; I went to my local exhaust shop. In Bakersfield there were plenty of options. Here in Chico there are 3; I've used two of them.

The TTI system looks killer. how to decide 2.5" or 3"? Are there other options besides the turbos, or do these sound ok? Would they be appropriate for a NY'er?

The New Yorker probably has 2.5" pipes. And I would go with the stock sound mufflers, if I was you. I went for the stock mufflers on my system from Waldron's, and they sound good and are plenty loud enough. Don't know how the TTI stock mufflers would sound though. . .

The 3" tailpipes won't do anything for you except be noisier and harder to hang. The HP manifolds have a 2 1/2" outlet and most of the rest have 2 1/4" outlet so you aren't going to gain any power with the 3" pipe either.

Far out, thanks

I bought the entire TTI system minus mufflers. Then used a pair of OEM style. They sound great, Quiet in the car with no resonance, and a nice sound in the back. Like a 300 should sound.
