I thought B and C were different. B body centre dump and C body rear dump on the driver's side.

2951861 as stated above is 1970-1973,383-400 two barrel, and 440 single exhaust. 2951865 is a driver side 383-440 HP 1970-71.
it's like a 69', but has the stud for the bracket attached, for the warm air tube going to the Air cleaner.The C body driver is Different from an E or B body, if it is a 383 HP, 440 HP, or three speed column shift manual transmission.

Why is that?

There's guys here that know more than him abiut C's.
He's a ine trick pony. B's and E's.
Even Jim Rhinehart and Scott Harm know more about A's than Galen.
