Explanation of my absence

Just thought I'd check in.

about 3 weeks ago my grandfather broke his hip and we've been trying to get that sorted out.

So The Fury and I haven't seen each other in that time.

I did get some things for it and it's new motor, but that'll have to wait.

I did just find out I'm getting an award with my Diploma at the Graduation Ceremony on the 18th

The Marigold Ford Lincoln award ( ops

the moment I opened the envelope I was wearing a Mopar T shirt and a Chevy Trucks hat LOL

Anyway I've deceided after talking with a friend that I'm doing the body on the car myself (with his help)




Yeah thats me on the far right, and thats my soon to be Mentor in the middle talking about Buzzn 383, Lou's great and is more than happy to answer my questions!

as of last Monday 88 years young. And the only Grandpa I have left.

My grandpa is getting better and as of the last few days has been up and walking (not far mind you)

I appreciate all the well wishes as I will pass them onto him.

I try and visit him as much (his hot blonde 22 year old nurse is a plus, from what she's asked my grandpa I think she would like to get to know a certain "Very good looking" Fury owner)

Fred, my grandpa always tries to take care of his grandson LOL

He's trying to loan me some $$$ to buy a newer truck, but my pride won't let me.......that and insurance.

Congrats and belated best wishes for recovery as well; checking in a bit less as well, the employer has a "nice" feature now that blocks access to a whole lot of websites, including this one. Time to move on to another job.

glad you're grandpa is improving. My last remaining grandparent, my mom's mom is 99 and will be hitting the century mark on November 26th. She still gets around some but she still has it all upstairs, she's sharp as a tack!

I have one Aunt left....she's 78 and isn't slowing down a bit. She's even on Facebook and her posts are funny as hell.
