That didn't happen in Columbus until 2002. I know you were kidding but I can literally point to the moment in time when the labor pool shifted to Hispanic. It was the best thing that ever happened to the roofing industry. We could finally get a high volume of top quality work banged out. And, we paid the Mexicans exactly the same as what we'd been paying the white boys except with no drama or bullshit, just hard work.
