This was my original plan and what got me into looking at Police Package cars.
Late 80's I wanted to get a Diplomat that was being retired from the local police department and do it just like this less the red lights. It never crossed my mind about having a fully restored and marked car until the mid 90's when I saw a 50's Buick at a local show, that changed everything.

I may have already mentioned that this all black 69 Polara is a genuine CHP used car that was originally Black & White unit.
